- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (unless otherwise noted).
- Delivery Times:
- Europe, America, Asia, and Australia: 1-5 business days.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
For International Purchases:
- The purchaser is responsible for shipping expenses, taxes, and duties.
- Return and exchange shipping costs (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility.

Our products are made-to-order, meaning each piece is crafted specifically for you in our atelier after your order is placed.
This approach helps reduce waste and pollution, aligning with our commitment to sustainability. It also minimizes our carbon footprint, as fashion is one of the most polluting industries.
Production Time: Made-to-order pieces take 1-5 business days to be crafted and shipped.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, we offer:

- In-store credit
To request an exchange, email info@normaillot.com. Only requests made to this email will be processed.
Requirements for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, with hygienic liners, tags, and accessories intact.
- Must be in original packaging (including dust bag).
- Include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt).
We will notify you once your item is received. Note that Normaillot reserves the right to deny exchanges if the items do not meet these criteria.
For Sale Items: Exchanges are only allowed for other discounted products if in stock.
Yes, items marked as gifts can be exchanged within 14 days, provided you include the gift card.
Ownership and risk of damage transfer to you upon delivery to your specified address. Norma Mayo Konfeksiyon San. ve Tic. A.S. is not responsible for losses or delays caused by unavoidable circumstances.

Additionally, we offer free worldwide shipping on orders above 500 Euros.
